Wyer's End Subdivision

Located in the beautiful small town of White Salmon, nestled in the rugged bluffs overlooking the Columbia River, Wyers End is a “pocket neighborhood” crafted of closely-knit homes centered around common landscaped spaces that harbor a sense of community while providing convenient access to neighborhood resources and local amenities. BDC was contracted to provide all project management, code compliance and geographical surveying, preliminary PUD plat submittals, stormwater abatement, NPDES permit application, utilities plan, grading, site plans, and plan-set approval for this significant community development project.
