 Stoner W. Bell, MS, PE has over twenty years of hydraulic, hydrological and general consulting engineering experience with Bell Design Company and CH2M Hill. He specializes in water and sewer services. He has served as a project manager and general office manager at Bell Design Company since 1994. His experience includes water and sewer master planning, surge analysis, hydraulic modeling, transmission line design, sewer design, reservoir design, and pump station design. Bell, PLS has 14 years of land surveying experience with Bell Design Company. He has extensive field and office experience. Mr. Bell is GPS trained and certified. He is the survey project manager for BDC and is committed to accuracy in his work. His experience includes short plats, subdivisions, topographical surveys, ALTA site plans, legal descriptions, boundary surveys, lot line adjustments, and lost corner searches as well as being an expert witness. He enjoys working with his clients and ensuring their surveying projects are completed in a timely and professional manner. |
Devry A. Bell, PE has over twenty years of civil engineering experience with Bell Design Company and Skamania County. He specializes in road design, site design, and structural services. He has served as a project manager for Bell Design Company since 1994. His experience includes road and site design, soil and foundation analysis and design, geotechnical engineering, water system design, and facility design. For many of these projects he has also managed contractual and construction services. He has extensive experience in municipal building inspection and plan review.

Henry D Kapp, PLS has 13 years of survey experience with Bell Design Company, Montana Department of Transportation and other private firms. He is well versed in survey control networks both GPS and conventional. He brings extensive experience in project planning and crew management. He is experienced in land divisions, topographic surveys, utility surveys, boundary surveys, monument searches and general mapping. Mr. Kapp is also able to produce and manage the drafting aspects of survey jobs and has a special interest in quality assurance and control in regards to survey accuracy and redundancy. |
